IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking: Electronic Submission

All submissions to IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking must be made using the on-line Manuscript Central system. You can reach the system at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tnet-ieee . To submit a paper

  1. Please check the paper scope, organization and length guidelines before submission.
    (Recommended even for veterans of this process!)

  2. Log onto our manuscript central site http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tnet-ieee . The process is self-explanatory. First time users will need to create an account. If you have reviewed a paper on the system you will already have an account. Also if you have an account but have forgotten your user name or password, the system can help you recover this information.

  3. Mail Hardcopy IEEE Copyright Form : A hardcopy IEEE copyright form should be sent via postal mail when a paper is submitted electronically. A copyright form appears in the February issue of the journal in each year, and can also be downloaded from this site.
